Terms & condition
- Mystery Box/Surprise Box can only be ordered on pre-payment and the customer will receive a product having a value of not less than the given amount.
- Delivery charge for the ordered Mystery Box/Surprise Box can be applicable and the said charge will be added to the actual price of the Mystery Box/Surprise Box. The customer must be liable to pay the total price displayed during checkout to purchase the Mystery Box/Surprise Box.
- Mystery Box/Surprise Box itself is a customized product and as such the customers will not have the opportunity to choose the items contained in the Mystery Box/Surprise Box. It will be given anonymously and Zero Shop BD shall have no liability regarding any claim in relation to the product of the Mystery Box/Surprise Box provided that the Customer remains unsatisfied with the product.
- A customer is eligible to order only one Mystery Box/Surprise Box. Therefore, multiple orders from different devices will not be honored by a single customer.
- Mystery Box/Surprise Box items are refundable only if the products are defective or damaged. However, to obtain a refund for the product the customer is required to comply with the Return & Refund Policy of Zero Shop BD. The customer is required to provide substantial proof of the defect or damage to obtain a refund.
- Mystery Box/Surprise Box will be live as long as it is in stock. Therefore, those customers who will be able to order first shall get the Mystery Box/Surprise Box first.
- Zero Shop BD and the customers both acknowledge and agree that none of the product owners have any obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the Mystery Box/Surprise Box items.
- Zero Shop BD reserves the right to cancel any order for the Mystery Box/Surprise Box provided that the customer breaches any policy of Zero Shop BD or commits any fraudulent activity or any other activity resulting in the violation of any law or these terms and conditions. Zero Shop BD shall not be liable for such cancellation in any manner.
1. মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স শুধুমাত্র প্রি-পেমেন্টে অর্ডার করা যেতে পারে এবং গ্রাহক প্রদত্ত পরিমাণের চেয়ে বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য পাবেন।
2. অর্ডারকৃত মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্সের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে এবং উল্লিখিত চার্জ মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্সের প্রকৃত মূল্যের সাথে যোগ করা হবে। মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স কেনার জন্য চেকআউটের সময় প্রদর্শিত মোট মূল্য পরিশোধের জন্য গ্রাহককে দায়বদ্ধ থাকতে হবে।
3. মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স নিজেই একটি কাস্টমাইজড প্রোডাক্ট এবং সেইজন্য গ্রাহকরা মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্সে থাকা আইটেমগুলি বেছে নেওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন না। এটি বেনামে দেওয়া হবে এবং জিরো শপ বিডির মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্সের পণ্য সম্পর্কিত কোনও দাবির বিষয়ে কোনও দায়বদ্ধতা থাকবে না তবে শর্ত থাকে যে গ্রাহক প্রদত্ত পরিমাণের চেয়ে বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য পাবেন।
4. একজন গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র ১-১০ মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স অর্ডার করার যোগ্য৷ অতএব, বিভিন্ন ডিভাইস থেকে একাধিক অর্ডার একক গ্রাহক দ্বারা সম্মানিত হবে না।
5. মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স আইটেম শুধুমাত্র যদি পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় ফেরতযোগ্য না যাইহোক, পণ্যের জন্য অর্থ ফেরত পেতে গ্রাহককে জিরো শপ বিডি-র রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি মেনে চলতে হবে। ফেরত পাওয়ার জন্য গ্রাহককে ত্রুটি বা ক্ষতির যথেষ্ট প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে।
6. মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স যতক্ষণ স্টকে থাকবে ততক্ষণ লাইভ থাকবে। অতএব, যারা প্রথমে অর্ডার করতে সক্ষম হবেন তারা প্রথমে মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স পাবেন।
7. জিরো শপ বিডি এবং গ্রাহকরা উভয়েই স্বীকার করেন এবং সম্মত হন যে মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্স আইটেমগুলির ক্ষেত্রে কোনও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং সহায়তা পরিষেবা প্রদান করার জন্য পণ্যের মালিকদের কারোরই কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই।
8. জিরো শপ বিডি মিস্ট্রি বক্স/সারপ্রাইজ বক্সের জন্য যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে তবে শর্ত থাকে যে গ্রাহক জিরো শপ বিডি-এর কোনো নীতি লঙ্ঘন করেন বা কোনো প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ বা অন্য কোনো কার্যকলাপ করেন যার ফলে কোনো আইন বা এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন হয় এবং শর্তাবলী জিরো শপ বিডি কোনোভাবেই এই ধরনের বাতিলের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
